Painto Traffic Cold: Cold Traffic Paints
Description: A fast-dry coating with specifications suitable for street and highway planning manufactured from special resins and high quality seals according to Egyptian standard specifications No. 1995/794
Installation: Panto Traffic on cold according to a specification A ASH to K249 consists of 20% sober + 10% titanium
Characteristics: Superior adhesion force on asphalt roads, high weather resistance, high resistance to friction eating, high resistance to car fuel and water, fixed time, fast drying
Dry time: Dry surfacely in 20 minutes, dry hard in 60 minutes
Coverage: 7-8 mm/kg thickness 50microns
Painto Traffic (W): Plastic traffic paints
Description: A water plastic paint made up of two compounds (varnish paint)
Installation: Painto Traffic W Paint consisting of two compounds The first compound 98% plastic paint free of organic solvents Compound II 2% lacquer catalyst for the first compound
Technical properties: Paint does not have a degree of prosperity and resists high temperatures, reflection degree not less than 150 m, the product bears hydraulic pressure for cars and heavy equipment, titanium is not less than 10%, added 10% glass powder according to the specification M 247, the density of the compound between 1.5 kg/l to 2 kg/L, is performed by spitting (extrusion) to achieve the required fish by the custom machine
Application: The surface should be free of water, grease and dust, flip the packaging well before use, apply to the cold using the roll or brush after dilution with a second ( Painto Thner)
Painto Traffic (HOT) Paints for Road and Airport Planning
Description: A fast-dry coating with specifications suitable for road and airport planning according to Egyptian standard specifications No. 3066 for 1997 and British specifications No. 3262 for 1989
Installation: Panto Traffic HOT basic coating of stores and extended materials (diffused), bonding materials, solvents and high quality additions and its approximate composition is 45% rubble 10% glass 25% smothered and extended materials (diffused) 20% bonding materials
Paint is planned on the road by Banto Traffic and is in molten condition to give a line of good appearance and texture
